POPULAR NIGERIAN DANCER TALKS ABOUT DEPRESSION AND HER EXPERIENCE



The professional Nigerian dancer, Godwin Praise, popular known as Peggy_Pendragon,  CEO LA Peggy Franchise recently spoke on 042xpress Etv 50 about her issues on depression, the scar, the need to speak up and get help.

She once posted on her whatsapp status update about her depression but no one cared to ask her what she was going through.
Following the death of a Nigerian girl caused by depression, Peggy took to her facebook page and posted on the need to look after one another especially those who are depressed. She shared her issues on depression and her friends and followers rebuked her for sharing her sad moments on social media. Lapegy responded by bombarding and blasting those who rebuked her.

 Thank God she's strong now as people indeed listened and cared to help. She got help and she's now made advocate for those facing depression.
She also highlighted on the need to look beyond one's smile and help when a person calls out for help. She entertains us and when it comes to matter like this, let's learn to help.
Yesterday, she was invited to 042express, a show where she was invited to talk and share her experience on depression.
Lastly, depression is real.
Speak up and get help.
A closed mouth is a closed destiny, they say. Give necessary help to the depressed.
