Tulle is a type of style made with soft net fabric and usually sewn in gathers. Commonly made in skirt and can also be made as dress and pant. Hmm,  that pant I mentioned, I haven't seen one made in tulle, thinking about it now, I'm so sure it would be very nice if we'll designed, sewn and styled. Who Could give a tulle style in pant a try? I have been in that situation in the past where i wore an undies that was transparent, you could see the colour of the pant right on my skirt, that was bad. Thanks to my room mate who alerted me before going out, i could have been made the joke of that day.
